Renr vs Accurate Online
These two products do different jobs, and the most useful thing this page can tell you is which job you are trying to fill. Accurate Online is Indonesian accounting software — general ledger, sales and purchasing, inventory, fixed assets, financial statements and Indonesian tax — and it has been the default choice of Indonesian accountants and tax consultants for years. Renr is an all-in-one business app covering point of sale, bookings, CRM, task management, team chat, a unified WhatsApp and social inbox, commerce, a website builder and a real accounting module — a double-entry journal, an editable chart of accounts with migration to DJP codes, neraca, laba rugi, arus kas and trial balance, and PPN, PPh and e-Faktur, free until Rp 500 million in revenue a month. Both products keep books. Accurate goes further, and one difference is decisive: it consolidates several companies into one set of accounts, and Renr does not. Renr keeps one company’s books inside the app that runs the operation generating the transactions.

Choose Accurate Online if you consolidate several companies, if you need inventory and fixed-asset accounting, or if your accountant already works in Accurate.

The honest verdict
Renr keeps real books: a double-entry journal, an editable chart of accounts that migrates to DJP codes, neraca, laba rugi, arus kas and a trial balance, and PPN, PPh and e-Faktur — free below Rp 500 million in monthly revenue, and inside the Rp 300.000 branch plan after that. So this is a genuine choice rather than an obligation to buy both. Accurate goes further where it counts for a larger or more complex business: inventory and cost of goods, fixed assets and depreciation, Manufaktur, and Multi Branch consolidation at Rp99.900 a month for a group closing one set of accounts — and back-office users are Rp22.200 each, so it is cheap to staff. If your accountant already works in Accurate, that alone can settle it. What Renr adds is the layer Accurate is not built for, with the books sitting next to it: the till, the bookings, the customer conversations across WhatsApp and social, the pipeline and the team’s daily work, from a free tier for two users, Rp 300.000 per branch with ten users included, and — if you want the inbox, the AI replies or automation — the HQ plan at Rp 500.000 per user with a three-seat minimum, so Rp 1.500.000 a month.
