Row prices are annual-billing rates; on monthly billing Standard is $6 and Premium $12.50 per user. Enterprise is for businesses with 50 seats or more — 50 seats at $210 a year is $10,500, above Atlassian’s $10,000 minimum spend. Atlassian states it is unable to issue quotes or invoices in a currency other than USD for orders including Trello.

The honest verdict
Trello is a good product doing exactly what it set out to do, and its free plan is one of the more honest ones in software. If your team wants a shared board and nothing more, take Trello — Renr’s task board is not the reason to switch. The split is about scope. Trello organises work; it does not try to run a business, and it is fair not to hold that against it. Renr covers the counter, the booking calendar and the books at Rp 300.000 per branch a month with ten users included, with the customer inbox on head office seats at Rp 500.000 per user and a three-seat minimum, bills in rupiah via QRIS or bank transfer and issues faktur pajak, but has fewer board views and less automation depth than Trello Premium. Decide which of those two gaps you would actually notice.
