The honest verdict
These are two different purchases. Wrike is a genuinely deep project platform: if you need Gantt charts, resource allocation and proofing workflows, Renr’s task board will not replace it, and no comparison table should suggest otherwise. What Wrike does not do is answer the customer’s WhatsApp message, ring up a sale or issue the invoice — and it prices per seat in US dollars, with Team capped at 15 users and Business starting at five. Renr covers the whole operation for Rp 300.000 per branch a month with ten users included, Rp 50.000 for each one after that, and Rp 500.000 per head office user with a three-seat minimum where you want the inbox and AI — billed in Rupiah with a faktur pajak, but with project management deliberately simple. Pick by which gap costs you more.
