Renr is an all-in-one business app — point of sale, bookings, CRM, task management, team chat, accounting, a shared WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram inbox, commerce and a website builder. Renr’s branch plan is priced per outlet per month at almost the same figure as Moka’s, so the decision usually comes down to whether your bottleneck is the checkout itself or everything happening around it.
When Moka POS is the better choice
Pick Moka if your revenue stops when the till stops — Renr’s POS is software only, with no offline mode.

The honest verdict
Moka POS and Renr are priced almost identically per outlet and sell different things for the money. Moka is a cashier system with hardware, offline operation and F&B tooling, from Rp299.000 to Rp799.000 an outlet a month — and nothing in Renr replaces the hardware or the offline till. Renr is one app for the work behind the counter: Rp 300.000 a branch for POS, Commerce, Accounting and Tasks with ten users included, then Rp 50.000 for each user past that — Moka’s employee slots beyond the tier quota are Rp10.000 each, so count your staff before you compare the two. The WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram inbox with AI replies is not part of the branch fee at all; it is the HQ plan, Rp 500.000 per user with a three-seat minimum. A single-outlet restaurant that needs a reliable till should buy Moka. A business losing more time to WhatsApp and admin than to queue length gets more from the same budget with Renr. Running both is a perfectly sensible answer: Moka at the counter, Renr behind it.
