The honest verdict
Notion is the better product for writing, organising and structuring information, and nothing here argues otherwise — if you want a wiki or a database you can bend into any shape, Renr will not replace it. The split is what happens outside the document. Notion is priced per member in USD, paid by card, with full AI access starting at the Business tier, and it has no POS, no bookings, no accounting and no customer messaging inbox. Renr covers those at Rp 300.000 per branch a month with ten users included and Rp 50.000 for each one after that, with the inbox and AI on head office seats at Rp 500.000 per user, minimum three, bills in rupiah via QRIS or bank transfer and issues faktur pajak, but it is not a wiki and does not pretend to be. Plenty of Indonesian teams end up running both — the question is which one carries the work you are actually paid for.
