The honest verdict
ClickUp is the stronger product for managing complex work, and no honest comparison says otherwise — if you need Gantt charts, sprint reporting and workload dashboards, Renr will not replace it. The split is about what else your business needs. ClickUp is priced per seat in USD, charged to a credit card, with AI sold as a separate per-user add-on, and it makes no attempt at POS, bookings, accounting or a WhatsApp inbox — reasonably so, because that isn’t what it is for. Renr bundles those into a branch subscription at Rp 300.000 a month with ten users included, with the inbox and AI on head office seats at Rp 500.000 per user and a three-seat minimum, bills in rupiah via QRIS or bank transfer and issues faktur pajak, but is the shallower project tool.
