Asana is a mature, carefully designed planning platform, and on portfolios, goals and workflow automation it is far deeper than Renr — a company coordinating cross-functional work across several teams should buy it and will get its money’s worth. Renr is not trying to win that argument. It keeps project management deliberately basic and puts the rest of the business in the same app: the WhatsApp inbox, the till, the booking calendar and the ledger, with the outlet floor charged per branch rather than per head and only the head-office team billed per person, in Rupiah with QRIS and a faktur pajak. Asana is priced per seat in US dollars, on a card, and stops at the point where the work turns into a customer conversation or a payment. Decide by whether you are buying planning depth or one app for the whole business.
